I am a passionate advocate for normalising the counselling process.

Looking after your wellbeing and mental health should be as important as going to the gym to look after yourself physically, or visiting the hairdressers/barbers to look after your hair and appearance.

I provide a tailored service for each individual client depending on their needs. I combine counselling with mindfulness to promote lasting changes for you.

I work with you to alleviate any personal distress you may be experiencing. I offer a safe, non-judgemental environment promoting personal growth and I truly believe that individuals have such huge untapped potential.

About ME

I am a Person-Centred counsellor with a range of experience covering various aspects of counselling. I specialise in bereavement and loss and have successfully worked with a range of bereaved individuals. I have been able to effectively help individuals struggling with anxiety and panic attacks. I have also worked with the following issues; daily struggles with life, negative self-talk, family issues, anxiety, depression, self-harm, loneliness, childhood trauma, rape and sexual abuse and the effects of this, eating disorders, postnatal problems and many other areas. Through offering the time and space to talk, together we could make sense of your current difficulties.
